No Spray
Coalition Court Case
This is the appeal to a higher Court of Judge Martin's decision
last year to limit to the Clean Water Act our lawsuit against
NYC's indiscriminate spraying of toxic pesticides over people and
the environment. The case still continues under the Clean
Water Act.
The Coalition still needs around $15,000 more QUICKLY to move the lawsuit
forward. Please send whatever you can spare -- even $5 helps,
although $500 helps a lot more at the moment -- to:

The US Forest Service has drafted a plan for the
management of our remaining roadless wild forests.
While the policy could prevent future road construction, it doesn't
stop logging in the pristine and wild areas in our National
Forests. And the Tongass National Forest in Alaskathe nation's
largestis not protected under the proposal.
If implemented, this plan will allow the destruction of
our last wild forests to continue.
But you can help by letting the President and the Forest Service
know that you want our unprotected wild forests saved for the future.
The Forest Service is only accepting public comments on
its proposal until July 17 - let your voice be heard by sending a
free e-postcard from http://www.ourforests.org
today!
