ANNOUNCEMENT
The Green Party of New Jersey is proud to announce its 12th Annual
Convention, to be held on Saturday, March 29, 2008 from 9:30am to
5:00pm. Be sure to review the rest of this page, the links, and the
Agenda. Please arrive early
(8-8:30am) to
register and assist in setup.

Location
The Convention will be held at the Unitarian Society at 113 Cottage Place,
Ridgewood, NJ 07450.

Additional Directions.
This year the convention site is in the northern part of state. This facility has easy access,
ample adjoining parking and a kitchen we can use to warm food only.
Proposed Amendments to the Bylaws
One of the purposes of the Convention is to consider changes to
the Bylaws. Please review them
here.
Proposals for Consideration
Another point of business is the consideration of proposals that have been
introduced by Local affiliates. Please review those
here.
Don't Forget
Convention Credentials: You must be paid up in your dues to vote, and you must have been a
dues-paying member at least 30 days in advance of the Convention.
New
membership dues must be sent in by February 29, 2008 in order to have a vote
at the convention.
If you
have been a dues-paying member in the past, you will be able to become
current and renew at the Convention if there is evidence of this in the membership database.
Annual dues [.pdf] are $25 for regular dues, $10 for
students and low income.

Food
Breakfast will be provided. Please bring food for lunch!
Shared food should be vegetarian. We can heat food at the site, but please
bring your own kitchenware for this. Please bring a mug so we do not have to
waste potentially non-recyclable materials on drinking cups. We could use a
few volunteers on the food end - identify yourself as such at check-in
time. |
