Jane has lived in Bound Brook, NJ, since 1978 and is been active in community groups for better government.  Her campaign for borough council in 2002 focused campaign dialogue on responsible government—fiscally, socially, historically, culturally and environmentally.

Jane is President of Technology Transitions, Inc.—a management consulting firm she founded in 1993.  Before founding Technology Transitions, she was Director of Technology Strategy for a financial services company.  She also held a number of management positions during 20 years with AT&T, with a focus on operations and strategic planning.

Born in Philadelphia, Jane grew up in a Philadelphia suburb, earned a Bachelor's degree at Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, and did graduate work in organizational psychology.

Jane has been actively involved in support for abused women and families, both through community organizations and through personal activities.

Jane is also active in promoting practical approaches to environmental sustainability and energy stability and independence.

Jane has served as an officer of Green Party of New Jersey and is a member of the Green National Committee.

In order to maintain balance in her life (literally and figuratively!) Jane practices and teaches yoga.  She also enjoys and supports the performing arts, skis and generally enjoys the out-of-doors.  She finds great satisfaction in cooking for friends and family at every opportunity!
