Ray | Issues
Ray Higbee Jr
was born at Shore Memorial Hospital in Somers Point on March 1st, 1982. He
has spent his young life learning how to best bring the spirit of activism
to College campuses and to his own community of Galloway Township. He is
currently President of the Montclair State Campus Greens and the Atlantic
County Coordinator for the state Green Party.
